The check asks this browser for a WebGPU adapter and reads whether its JSPI API exists. The result is displayed locally. It is not uploaded to this companion, and the site does not ask for game files or save cards.
Optional usage analytics
On the published outbreakweb.org domain, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you allow analytics. Local previews do not load it. The site also respects a browser Do Not Track value of 1.
Allowed analytics sends page views and a game-link event containing the selected File and source page. Page URL query strings are omitted from the page-view configuration. Google may process device, network and usage information and set analytics cookies. See Google’s privacy policy.
Ad personalization and Google Signals are disabled in this site’s configuration. Declining keeps Google Analytics from loading here. You can reopen Analytics preferences in the footer, withdraw permission and remove cookies using your browser controls.
Your choice is kept locally as outbreak-analytics. If browser storage is unavailable, the preference may not persist to the next page.
When you open the game
Following a game link opens outbreakweb.com, where its own code and policies apply. This companion cannot read that origin’s memory cards or player data. The two sites do not share browser storage.
Website hosting can process ordinary request data such as your IP address to deliver pages.
