REVIEWED OCTOBER 23, 2026 · INDEPENDENT COMPANIONThe material behind the guides
- Project homepage: File descriptions and its independent-project statement.
- Public game manifest: File paths and edition identifiers.
- File #1 interface: loading, controls, browser checks, card handling and its online route.
- File #2 interface: edition-specific online instructions and the shared browser shell.
What the review establishes
We read the public HTML and its English interface strings, input mappings, startup feature checks and save-handling logic. Response headers explicitly prohibit iframe embedding. The site therefore opens the game directly.
We did not run a game session, complete a scenario or test a multiplayer room. Browser rendering tests on this companion verify its own interface, not the external game’s speed, uptime or network service.
Source labels marked unconfirmed remain unconfirmed in the control table. Transient room counts are not republished as live data.
Two domains, two roles
outbreakweb.org is this independent launcher and guide. outbreakweb.com is the external browser-game project. Sharing a similar name does not imply ownership, partnership or endorsement.
Resident Evil and Outbreak belong to their respective rights holders. This companion is not affiliated with Capcom and does not redistribute game binaries, discs, BIOS files or the external game engine.
